DATE IT! 

I am sure that sometimes you would have wondered as to, when you initiated or wrote something in your notepad.  Some dates can be very critical and important.  From now on, try to put a date on the notepad before you start writing anything. This tip may appear to be very simple.  However when you implement it, you will realise the real value.  It will help you in many ways.  

1.It will let you know as to how many days an issue has been pending with you. 

2.You will be able to get into the context in which the issue came up. 

3.It may be useful to you where you have to support your idea with reference to time context. 

In any case, it is a discipline to date the notes that you write.  When you implement you will discover many more hidden values in this simple but powerful tip.
